What is your favorite Casino here on the gulf coast?

When I gambel, I prefer Boomtown Casino. I seem to have good luck there and the staff is really nice.

For shows, I prefer going to Hard Rock Live. I wish they would get some good bands besides washed up 80's bands and 3 Doors Down but at least its a big production show that is affordable to attend.

Island View Casino is cool to play slot machines at. I kinda dig the center bar as well. I want to try Emmerils soon.

The only one I had any luck at was the IP. Won $1600 one night. aside from that The Hard Rock has the best beer selection. Put a $20 in the machine and down $30 worth of imported beer and you're a winner!

I only play poker and I play either at the Beau, Hard Rock, or IP.

The most that I have won at a casino here is at Boomtown. I was playing the monopoly game by the stairs and won the bonus. I wasn't paying attention and picked all the matching game pieces, and then I got to pick another card. I picked the bonus game winner and it said $30. I was excited because I thought I won $30. I actually won the progressive and they announced my name over the PA saying I had won 1500 bucks. I looked down and sure enough, I had 1540 in credits. Needless to say, I cashed out.

they have a bucket at the entrance with my name on it so i can throw money in it, and not waste my time.

I hear ya Spert. I'm definitely in the hole with them, but it's fun for me, entertainment.. It's good to hear some big win stories from you guys. Last year in our little Grand Bay paper was a guy in town that hit the progressive on the Wheel of Fortune. Little over a mil IIRC. Said he was trying his $40 after eating the buffet. Why couldn't that be me?

I saw a guy hit 50k at the IP one night on an $1 machine. It was making the damn noise for freakin' ever.
