supposed to be bands playing, fireworks and a parade. I'll probably be there. Just don't know which side all the action is at. Since you can't drive across until after 7pm or so.

I was wondering what was up with that! How has everyone been getting to Biloxi? Interstate? That must've been a real mess!

I remember THATS when it hit me how bad Katrina really was (I was in Reno) when I saw the Biloxi Bridge... they did so much coverage on NO and then a little blurb on Biloxi, but when you look at Biloxi, it was far scarier than New Orleans' pics (maybe just b/c I'm from there, but still!)

I'm sure all the people in O.S. that work at the casinos are VERY happy its open.

everybody that lives in os that works in biloxi are happy. drove across it twice yesterday. it seems to cut alot of time off the drive.

I've heard plenty of people say that Biloxi was worse than Nola. And they wasn't from here. And that Nola got WAY to much air time when Biloxi and Pascagoula didn't get much at all.
