LMAO... I'm allowed to make fun of singers, although, biased as I may be, I must say Mark is quite opposite, he'd never take that room, even if I BEGGED... lol... I got lucky.

I think they should get AT least the same size/quality room and split it 5 ways with him paying the 1/5 just as if he were staying there, it's only fair.

for him to go off like he did really, it got me to thinking.
he is always laid back, and this really pushed his hot button for some reason.

i could never do that to my band mates.
for that amount, I would have gotten 5 rooms at motel 6 comp'd, instead of one swanky room.

I was glad that they talked, because they can now laugh at each other about it.

I told him that I was sure there was more to it that he wouldn't have the room comp'd and not share, even if they were all in the room crashed every where. When a band gets rooms through the club, beware. Roach hotel here we come.

Been there and done that.

Best thing is to get compensated for rooms up front in the contract. Nothing under $130 per nite depending on where you are booked. If significant others are there band members should pay for their half of the room.

If it's less than three hours everyone can switch off to drive home. Stop at Denny's, load up on coffee and go.

But yeah, I'd rather stay in a hotel, too.
