I heard that the Blowfish and Yuki's are teaming up to open a new restaurant. It's going to be called Blowmi.

We (Signs Now in Biloxi) installed some lettering and decals on their windows about a year ago and traded it out for some sushi. I got the biggest most expensive item they had which was pretty much a little bit of everything and it was extremely good. I'll ahve to go back there for lunch sometime when we come back to visit in August.

um Craig did you read your own link????

Japanese cuisine, sushi (寿司, 鮨, 鮓, sushi?) is a food made of vinegared rice, usually combined with other ingredients (UNCOOKED and cooked) such as fish

both sushi and sashimi have UNCOOKED fish in them so never under any circumstances should anyone eat UNCOOKED fish unless they want to risk getting liver flukes which can kill you....class diZmissed

"sushi" actually translates to "vinegar rice".

Blowfish in Ocean Springs isn't too bad. I'm not much for their more contemporary rolls, as they all taste the same to me.

Saki is pretty good. I recommend the Hurricane Roll, which contains lobster, and the Amanda Roll, which is more of a traditional roll.

I recently tried Toro on Sangani Blvd. in D'Iberville. Their fish was the freshest I've seen around here, now that Sho-Ya in Gulfport is gone. They had a great selection of traditional sushi as well as contemporary. The atmosphere is great too.
