Lerxstcat thinks they are the cool kid
The bilingual ones say "piso Mojado" on the back, or "Floor Wet" as a rough translation.

In "Born In East L.A." you'll notice that the Border Patrol agent calls the Mexicans "Mojados" which basically means "Wetbacks".

In California I learned a bit of Spanish by reading such signs, which are in both English and Spanish everywhere.
