I think for about 6 months, the CNO had a write in ballot on their page. The people nominated are who had their names actually typed and submitted on the form. The people who won, are who have the most votes from that same submission process. If you don't get your fans on board for this, you are not in it. Its not advertised a lot unless you read the CNO or catch some myspace bulletins about it.
