Rep Power: 27 | | | They should have locked his azz up after the second one. I have no mercy for drunks on the road, and have no problems either stopping friends from driving. Or turning in those who pass me on I-10 who drives as if they are drunk, or any other road. Your attitude changes once you spend time in a ICU because of a drunk azzhole

Rep Power: 50 | | | it makes me sad to think that the day before this happened, this guy is driving around with 4 DUI's on his record.
1 DUI fine, we all make mistakes.
2 DUI, time to learn a lesson
any more than that and its off with your head.... no just kidding, but something serious so people won't do it anymore.

Rep Power: 29 | | | I got a DUI in 1992, and in taking the alcohol awareness school the court made me take, I really learned my lesson. Never driven under the influence since then.
But even though the school taught a lot of good info, what taught me the most was the people who were in group session on their 3rd and 4th DUIs and wouldn't get the hint. They were facing real prison time and they were convinced they had the right to drink and drive. That was scary seeing people in that level of denial.
I went in thinking "poor me" about getting a DUI. I came out thanking God that I hadn't run someone over and killed them. The people who don't care if they do kill someone, and want to drink and drive anyway, that's chilling.
A cab doesn't cost that much, not as much as a DUI fine or a prison sentence for felony DUI manslaughter. |

Rep Power: 23 | | | I know what it took for me.. my little boy. He has honestly saved my life in more ways than one. There were nights I drove from Ocean Springs all the way to Gulfport and when I woke up the next morning I didn't even remember leaving the bar. It's sad but true. Now I have that little 3 year old smiling face that I couldn't imagine being without.. I guess he gave me responsibility in more ways than one and having to be responsible has probably saved my life.

Rep Power: 20 | | | Watch out for them Flea Bites!
Some people don't know when to stop tho.
I drive after being intoxicated, when I sit behind the wheel, its been a couple hours since I had a drink.
If I have any doubt I wait longer, or I let somebody else drive.
