It's just a little wheel like a lawnmower wheel with handles. You get on your knees and roll it back and forth. It's supposed to work your abs, thighs, etc. It's probably the least expensive gadget out there.

didnt realize you and candace didnt talk anymore...i dont get to talk to them very often anymore either... :--( and yes whenever your in the mood just give me a call....and thank you.....congrats on your sucess also....see you soon.....
