i have googled, yahood, and looked in the phone book.

yea, those wre pretty much dead ends as well.
it's pretty much what i thought.

a group of rich guys who paid for an LLC.
They just contracted the work out.

I used to know a girl who worked at the planning commission over there in Biloxi so I called for ya but she isn't there anymore and they were just plain bitches.

My next guess would be to find out who they've contracted the work through and see if they have a contact #? (Yates and Roy Anderson are the only contstruction companies I can think of at the moment..)
