| To sum up the post, it wasn't that they didn't have faith in me to sell guitars. It's that I DID sell guitars when the guitar salesmen weren't there but had to put it in someone else's name and give someone who was not there the commission for the sale. I've bought lots of things there and have been happy with it. My only complaint was not being given credit for sales I made. The females always stay behind the front desk. The guys get the commission for the big sales. |
