Rep Power: 47 | They are concept drawings so not really. Ocean Club, I hear, is super nice. I haven't actually been in any of them. I hear Sienna is not nice at all. Where I am, Key West Commons, were sold as Condos. But I don't think they are, really. Seabreeze is nice. I hear The Revelay, Venezia Resort, Bienville Condos will be nice. My guess is half of those won't even break ground. |

Rep Power: 0 | Yikes. I sure am glad the tacky Havana is dead in the water! As for condos, I do not mind them. Especially where they are taking the place of ugly souvenir shops and fast food restaurants. I take comfort in the fact that no new development will be allowed south of hwy 90 except in the areas where there were developments before. The other good news is that all cities have passed the smart code zoning concepts into city policy, which means these condos will have regulations and stiff penalties if they let their development go to shit (like in Florida). I sure am glad the right people were elected to make these decisions! (just pickin'....don't shoot!)  |
