Rep Power: 44  | I caught a stone crab on my fishing line one time. It freaked me out. I've never EVER seen one of those around here. They are cool looking though, prehistoric or something.

Rep Power: 13 | My girl (T) is in LA and was looking to have Louisiana crab meat shipped, it was like $25/lb plus shipping! LOL... I never ate seafood till I moved to the coast, so my first taste was fresh and there's nothing that compares...

Rep Power: 44 | What's really fun is when they come up on towards beach at Horn Island. You can just scoop them up in the water with your net and carry around a five gallon bucket. It's hard not to spill your beer when you're chasing crabs through the water! You're not supposed to keep the girls or sponge crabs but still with the ones you can keep, those are some good times and good eating.

Rep Power: 15 | I'm craving a big pot of gumbo with mounds of shrimp, crabs, and plenty of rice to put the gumbo over. MY dad may he R.I.P. made the best gumbo ever. Restaurants don't compare, they lack the love he put in his recipe.
