Do you Rent or Own?

If you own, what are the benefits?

Has anyone ever done a rent TO own?

If so, were you satisfied with the end result?

Might help if we knew what we were renting to own. I am assuming a home but it could be many other things.

Renting currently. Miami is too expensive to own a home. Hopefully if we move to GA or TN next year, we'll be buying.

Well I own a mobile home. Not too many benefits. I do own the land now, and the plan is to have a house built one day, maybe a modular home.

We own our house. But we got a really good deal too. Rent to own is alot like paying a housenote except its easier to back out of renting.
