Renting sucks because you throw all that money away that you could be putting into something that's yours. But, I'm looking to buy in March, or somewhere there about!

Currently rent, had home loan approved but just could not afford house payment and the new higher, less they do for you insurance rates. So I don't cut grass now and a pool and hot tube is included at my complex.......

I've got a little over an acre, with the back side adjacent to DeSoto Nat'l Forest. We have deer running through all the time. Lots of traffic right now bc of the new hwy 67, but gets real quiet after 7pm or so. The land is paid for now, looking to get a home built soon.

Got our own well; 440 feet down. And you better have at least 1/4 tank of gas 'cause there aren't any gas stations around here...

And yeah, you can walk around naked if you want, problem is all the kids and their friends coming and going

You are blessed to have a whole forest as a back yard. We used to have deer before our sh*tty neighbor put a corn feeder on his property and shoots them. F*cker. I know it saves money on hunting camp dues but damn...they are a beautiful sight.

I've had problems with hunters, I've run most of them off. They can hunt on foot back there, but they don't want to do that. It wouldn't be any fun if they couldn't run amok in their pos 4 wheelers.

A lot of them, my husbands friends anyway are getting golf carts because they are so much quieter. I've hunted in the past. Didn't enjoy it.

Whenever I leave the coast, I will purchase a house again. I loved owning my own house and really wish I wouldn't have sold mine earlier this year.
