Let's use this thread to share and discuss tips, tricks and cool things to do related to outdoor grilling, eating and drinking. Things to talk about: -good grill/barbecue recipes, or marinades or stuff like that -cool grilling/barbecueing tips -drink recipes conducive to barbecue/grilling -anything you can think of that is related Let's do it. Rep Power: 32 ![]() | B-B-Que Sauce Matchew's Bar-B-Que Sauce- *3 TB SP vegetable oil *1/2 tsp black pepper *1 medium onion (minced) *1-3 TB SP cheyenne pepper *1/2 cp ketchup *1/2 tsp liquid smoke *1/2 cp tomato sauce *1 tsp dry mustard *1-2 garlic cloves (minced) *3-5 TB SP dark brown sugar *3-5 Tb SP cider vinegar *2 TB SP mustard *1-2 TB SP lemon juice *1/2-1 CUP Water (more water=thinner sauce) *2-3 TB SP molasses *1-2 tsp HOT SAUCE *3-4 TB SP worcestershire sauce *1-3 TB SP Orange Juice *1 TB SP garlic powder *1 TB SP onion salt -cook the minced onion,garlic,onion salt,garlic powder,orange juice, and oil for about 5 minutes (just to soften in up (don't brown it!) -add the rest in :starting with the ketchup, tomato sauce, and water. -simmer for about 15-20 minutes -keep it in a mason jar or the like and it will stay good for a few weeks |

Rep Power: 32 ![]() | Get Girls Naked WATCH 'YO ASS JUICE!!!!!!!! -1 Bottle Red Wine (sweet or dry, it's up to you) -1 cup Cognac -1 cup gin -1/2 cup lemon juice -1/2 cup orange juice -fresh fruit (I use an orange, 1/2 to 1 whole Banana, and an apple (you can add a lemon also) -1/2 to 1 cup sugar (I think a whole cup is TOO MUCH, but it's up to you) - *optional*- 1 tsp cinnamon * you need to peel the fruit before you put it in the juice *let it all sit for a couple of hours before you drink it so the fruit can absorb some of the OCTANE! * serve with plenty of ice |

We can charge like 3 bucks to go towards food supplies and just grill, bbq, and party till 9pm. Hell, we could rent out the VFW if we can't get a permit. I'll bring my grill, fayard has a grill. |
