HERE'S MY OCTAVE DOWN CHICKEN RECIPE FROM GULFCOASTRECIPES.COM

Ingredients

* mozzarella cheese sticks
* real butter
* minced garlic
* 4 boneless,skinless chicken breasts
* lean bacon strips
* tooth picks

Directions

Flatten the chicken breasts with a meat hammer,dab the butter and minced garlic in the middle of the breasts.Place a mozzarella stick in the middle of the breast,then roll the breast up,so that nothing will escape while cooking.Use the bacon strips and the tooth picks to hold it together.

Place chicken on low heat on a grill until the chicken is done to taste.

Then enjoy your O.D. Chicken.
