taylor, and martin acoustics.
fender, mesa boogie, and genz benz. amps.
Dude...in all respect, I'll keep my opinion of crate amps, and bc rich guitars to myself. Your idea of high end gear and mine are 180 degrees, maybe you should continue to shop at GC.

I've got $10 that says I can put together a jam-band made up of MMI EMPLOYIES that can "rehearse"for 22 minutes flat and be ready to at least hold their own with ANY band(including AM) on the forum for an hour set. Who wants to hold the MONEY? Are they THAT knowleagable/skilled??????? Double-or-nothing I say yes. Do I shop there? no,,,,,, Should you???? ABSOULTY!!!!!!!

You incorrectly assume that I have never played anything else. I've owned them all: Marshall, Laney, Fender, Peavey, Mesa Boogie, Randall, Vox, and even an old Ampeg.

I will never own another Mesa. They are shit. Quite possibly the muddiest sounding head I've ever owned. Laney is Marshall on steroids. This is the only other brand I would consider playing. Marshall are good, but too overrated for me. I can never quite get my sound out of one.

A buddy of mine had a Fender Twin Reverb that was easily the best sounding combo amp I ever heard. A great all around amp for almost everything. I'd own another Fender combo amp in a heartbeat.

And then there's the radial Vox. These are not for the faint of heart. But when used properly you can get just about any sound imaginable.

I play Crate because I want to.
People laughed at Dimebag back in the day because he played those cheapy Dean guitars. No one remembers that anymore, lol.

vox is pretty good.
