Both. I'm not a huge Primus fan, but I'm starting to realize how awesome they truly are. I'm hoping I'll get to see them live one day. My friends had to leave when we were at Lollipalooza, so I missed their show.

I saw them open for Rush in NOLA-
pretty cool. Les played a bit of "Kashmir" on a bowed upright, and Tim had a pretty cool solo. I never could warm to Ler's style, and over the years I've kind of lost interest in Les' wackinesses and intonation issues, but I'll always be a huge fan of Tim Alexander.
I've got a couple of the concert DVDs they put out recently, but nothing quite compares to experiencing them in person. That was fun

our singer and I almost had our band sold on working a Primus tune into our repertoire, but it never quite materialized. I'm still hoping it might someday.

I caught them at The Coast Coliseum in 99 on the Family Values Tour,all I can say about them is "BADASSED"!!!

You just missed Les Claypool (Primus bass player) in New Orleans. He'll be at the Bonaroo thing next. I'm sure he plays the old Primus stuff.

I'm going to look for some shows around here in Vegas.
Another good bass line is the one from "Sweet Child O' Mine". That intro is just as memorable as Slash's guitar part.
