Rep Power: 44  | want to hear an awesome story? I'll tell the short version b/c I'm afraid I'll lose readers if I go on and on. -Broke up with girlfriend a little over a week ago -Met someone I had been talking to for a few days out for drinks -Ended up going back to my house -(Afterwards) went to the bathroom to pee -Came out of the bathroom to the Ex standing right infront of the bathroom door while said new girl is in the bed. -Told Ex to get out, she refused -Grabbed the phone to call cops, she yanked the chord out of the wall so fast the fixture came off the wall -Went for my cell phone, she got to it first and threw it up against the wall -By this time the new girl is understandingly freaked out by this psychopath in my house and has left. -Ex goes in bedroom and throws tv against the wall putting 2 holes in the wall, the smashes the tv on the floor -Next she does the same with the stereo -Then smashes something glass on the new hardwood floors and puts gashes (not scratches, but DEEP gashes) in the new floor in the kitchen -Hits the pool table putting a nice indention in the railing -All the while refusing to leave and not letting me leave -Punches me in the face -Finally I get out in my underwear with my keys and head to my parents' to call the cops -Called the cops and they met us at the house with my dad (landlord) -Acessed the damage (about $1300-$1400 worth) -Cop said it's a no contest case, I may be an asshole but I didn't do anything illegal...SHE DID! And I can press charges for assault and have her picked up and put in jail and arrested if I do it in the next 24 hours -Next day I email her saying she owes $1300. I want it at my house when I get home or else I'm pressing full charges. -She responds "I'm not responsible b/c I never signed a lease" whatever the fuck that means. So she refuses to compensate for damages 100%. -I call AT&T where we have a family plan and cancel her phone, delete her cableone email account, leave work to head for the station to file charges -Landlord calls me right before I get there saying he's made a deal with her, she replaces tv and leaves the bed and stays out of jail (shitty deal if you ask me, she got off WAY TOO EASY) Can you say crazy bitch?

Rep Power: 14 | Sorry but if that was me she wouldn't have gotten any further than yanking the phone out the wall. Anything done after that is because she wasn't physically thrown out.

Rep Power: 44 | I pushed, believe me. she had her sister with her so it wasn't easy. when I told her I was pressing charges she told me she'd do the same b/c of the bruises on her arms from me trying to get her out. I told the cop this the night he came that I did do a bit of pushing but nothing more. He pretty much told me I could've slapped the figure 4 leg lock on her and it would've been seen as self defense b/c she was intruding in MY house.

Rep Power: 44 | no....she would've been if she had gotten there 10 minutes earlier though. she must've pulled up literally 5 minutes after. I got up to pee and when I opened the bathroom door to go back to the bedroom she was standing there.....then she went nuts
