The landlord might be able to make a deal with her on the damages but he doesn't have the right to stop you from pressing charges for trespassing and domestic violence. I would get a TRO on her crazy ass and change the locks for sure. That way next time it will be breaking and entering.
You realize there's a good chance there WILL be a next time, right? These things are usually not a one-time thing. Get the restraining order because it may not stop her from messing with you, but it will escalate the penalties she will pay when she does.
Trust me, if you don't do this you will wish you had....

Ask your landlord to do that. Since he's your dad PLUS he doesn't want his property further destroyed, he should be willing to do it.
