You probably are from the Midland (Pennsylvania, southern Ohio, southern Indiana, southern Illinois, and Missouri) but then for all we know you could be from Florida or Charleston or one of those big southern cities like Atlanta or Dallas. When I first moved here my accent was a hodgepodge of three regions. Northern California which I was from, the South which I was fast becoming accustomed to and the Great Lakes which my roommates were from. "Holy cow that's hella weird ya'll".
People here can tell I did not grow up in the South, but when I travel it's a whole different story. | | |
