Finally Some Justice: Outofcontrol Prosecutor, prosecuted

So finally some small measure of justice MAY prevail in the Duke Lacrosse Rape case. Although I do wonder why CRIMINAL charges are not brought against Nifong AND the lying accuser.

Nifong is accused of witholding evidence to which the feminazis reply, "well it was DNA evidence taken from the broom handle which was her and so the DA doesn't have to turn it over"

OK dumbasses let me help you out. ANY evidence which tends to cast doubt on a defendant's guilt is called "exculpatory evidence". ANY decent first year law student can tell you that the US Supreme court decision in Brady v Maryland held that ANY EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE in the DA's possession MUST be turned over to the defense. THAT IS THE CURRENT LAW OF THE LAND and convictions can be overturned on just ONE INSTANCE of this, so hell yes it is HIGHLY UNETHICAL. But of course you are the same people who were calling for the lacrosse team's head BEFORE you knew jackshit about what had happened so highly unethical is probably NORMAL foryou!!!!

It's amazing the media still refers to this lying skank as the "accuser" She has a name. She maniupulated the justice system. But she's black so obviously none of this is her fault.

Well excuse me Mikael but I must disagree strenenuosly with your giving the "accuser"(lying whore is more like it) a pass.

Sure Jackson etc "used" her but she is an adult and I'm tired of people saying "he, she or it made me do it". No, bitch, you CHOSE to lie your ass off and try to put INNOCENT people in prison. YOU DESERVE TO BE THERE!!! And her name is important because she should be the subject of CONTEMPT!!!!
