The article says that the new UN Sec General (apparently some guy from China) says that global warming is causing the massacre in Darfur.

I guess it couldn't have anything to do with the MUSLIMS who are HACKING PEOPLE TO DEATH (it was just christians but now they are killing non-arab muslims also for not being "muslim enough")?

Also I guess the fact that your country (China) gets a shit load of oil from those very same muslims couldn't have anything to do with your opinion??

well this guys a moron. but one point i have to correct will.....its not muslims killing non muslims....yes, that is going on. but actually the muslims are actually hired thugs so to speak. please excuse my lack of knowing which side is which....but the massacre in darfur is a civil war between the hutus and tootsies (leave the dustin hoffman jokes out of here). the muslims were hired by the warlords to exterminate the other.

as for the global warming thing, im sure its responsible for a lot of deaths.....it killed millions the last time we had a massive warm up....it changes the environment, kills off food sources, actually physically kills indiduals from heat stroke and starvation etc etc etc......but its obviously not the sole reason for the killing.

OK let's state the obvious.

It IS muslims killing non-muslims (specifically christians) and now non-arab muslims who they say are not "muslims enough". Specifically, the muslims killers are known as the jangaweed militia. They were originally used by the Sudanese gov't (yes there is a civil war component) to drive the christians from lands they were occupying (the gov't viewed the christains as the enemy).

As for global warming sure some people have died but more have benefited (longer growing season etc)than have been killed. Ever hear of a thing called the agricultural revolution in England. It preceded the industrial revolution and allowed for it by allowing more food to be produced. It was directly attributable to WARMING and this was the late 1600"s to early 1700"s long BEFORE any SUVS etc.
THE GLOBAL WARMING SCARE IS A HOAX!!! Throughout all of known history the climate has CHANGED (it has never been static) and it is ASSININE to be scared of it or to be so arrogant as to think WE are causing it!!!!

Well it does allow one to sharpen/shorten his arguments. I'm getting my global warming argument down to the last sentence of my previous post. I guess if brevity is the soul of wit I'm getting smarter but still somewhere at the Forrest Gump level.
