Hate crime ARRESTS in Quaran desecration

So it is a "hate crime" to desecrate the Quaran but it is "art" to submerge a crucifix in urine or smear Mary mother of Christ in SHIT and it is a first amendment protected right to "free speech" to burn the flag for which those protecting those rights died!

The EXACT SAME PEOPLE who for years now have been maintaining that religion (specifically Christianity) has no place in the public sphere are now maintaining that we must KOWTOW to a religion who's goal is to wipe out infidels like themselves.

The EXACT SAME PEOPLE who talk about "big brother" and their "rights" being taken away have CRIMINALIZED speech!!!

That Koran he flushed WAS his koran. He didn't hurt or threaten anyone. Apparently he's not too fond of Islam but so fucking what!!!

Bill O'Reilly supports this guy being charged with a hate crime. This guy is becoming less cool with me every day... This is why I hate "hate crime" legislation. It crimilizes thought. This is America, and if I want to hate someone or something, then damnit I should be allowed. Let me share with you a partial list of things I hate...

Stephen Colbert makes more sense than Bill O'Reilly and he's trying to be funny (and actually is).

But exactly Ken. It criminalizes THOUGHT.

And think of this. What if one of the "protected classes" were conservatives? Could ANY of the liberals who support "hate crime laws" be said to be engaging in "hate-speech" when they say things like

Alec Baldwin, "let's got stone TO DEATH Henry Hyde and his FAMILY"

Howard Dean, "the only black people you'd see at the republican convention is the wait staff" or "republicans are evil"

John Murtha "those marines were cold-blooded murderers"

I could go on for days.....

Hate crime legislation has got to be unconstitutional. I mean it's bigoted in itself. I smack someone on the street, it's assault... but if that person is black,homosexual, muslim, etc.. i'm getting triple the punishment.
