ill give you an exapmle from my previous job in colorado, the difference is that it wasnt mexicans, it was polish people.

i was a bartender in colorado for a couple of years. as in inevitable in casinos, hours will be cut periodically. well the whole food and beverage staff hours had been cut down....i had been cut down to 33 hours, worked in 3 days.....11 hours a day. my rent is due, my car payment is due, a few speeding tickets etc etc etc...normal everyday problems. im literally begging for more hours, since now i can barely afford gas or food, or to pay my bills. im not the only one hurting here by the way, many people with children are having the same problem.
then a new restaurant opens up on the property. i think great, an opportunity to get back on my feet, I can get some more hours here. i tell my management that im more than willing to work there a few days a week. they say great, we'll let u know (manager speak for "yeah right, it happening vinnie") what they did with this place is bring in a bunch of exchange students from poland to work the place....they also spread some out between some of the other venues...keeping hours from other loyal employees.

this is whats happening everywhere.....thats one of the biggest problems facing this country...but yet everyone (politicians) is worried about what this one said, or prosecuting for stupid reasons, or gay marriage, or legislating morality.
