HR1955 another patriot act?

Just found out about this, and it doesn't sound good. It's already been approved by the house and is headed to the senate. We may be losing more liberty for security once again.

I don't approve of terror suspects being able to gather and spew hate speech, but I don't think the law will have much effect to stop it, and furthermore, the law could be easily abused. A drunken ti-raid could put someone in prison for a long time if this becomes law.

Thanks Mikael, I emailed my Senator also. very true about the terror suspects, and it sounds like its real focus is the internet. Which scares guys like me that criticize the gov't now and then.
