I know we aren't allowed to bring up Bill Clinton here (at least I get castigated every time I do) but since you started it surely you are not talking about the same Bill Clinton who in the 6 months leading up to the passage of welfare reform/balance budget said on 17 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS that a balanced budget would "blow a hole in the economy".

If Bill Clinton gets credit for balancing the budget then a mugging victim should get credit for CHARITY to the criminal element.

BTW the monkey throwing shit analogy is a variant of something my brother Mike said. Coming out of the movie King Kong he turns and says, "That movie wasn't realistic at all". We turned and looked at him because that movie actually had damn good special effects. He continued, "I watched that monkey for two hours and not once did he throw his shit at anyone."
