More "fair" drive-by media coverage

This thread is concerned with the following question.

IF any republican PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE (say Rudy Guliani) has started a "media watchdog" group (501 -3c no less who are by FEDERAL law supposed to be non-partisan), would the drive-by media reprint their stories almost VERBATIM without noting that it was a "republican" group and without checking their accuracy?

OK so we have a group called Media Matters. They first hit the radar when they got Don Imus in trouble. The drive-bys have gone to them SEVERAL times now (Bill O'Reilly flap about eating in Harlem, Rush Limbaugh "phony soldiers" comment are just two of the latest examples.) and suprise suprise despite the fact that EVERY SINGLE STORY benefits Hillary Clinton and the fact that Hillary STARTED the group, SOMEHOW THE FACT THAT IT IS A HILLARY/DEMOCRAT FRONT GROUP HAS NEVER APPEARED IN ANY OF THOSE STORIES!!!! Isn't that amazing???

Here are some links including Media Matters web site
http://mediamatters.org/

and the FACT that Hillary started the group
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jbzC6-N9mwM

the relevant portion from the video at 2:20 was as follows:
Hillary,"We are certainly better prepared and more focused on, you know, taking our arguments, and making them effective, and disseminating them widely, and really putting together a network, uh, in the blogosphere, in a lot of the new progressive infrastructure, institutions that I helped to start and support like Media Matters and Center for American Progress."

here is a link detailing more Clinton connections to Media Matters.

Now you liberals are perfectly justified in starting your own "media watchdog groups" although I think that 503 1c non-partisan status is bullshit and you should pay your taxes.

However IF any republican presidential candidate(say Rudy Guliani) has started a "media watchdog" group would the drive-by media reprint their stories almost VERBATIM without noting that it was a "republican" group and without checking their accuracy?

YOU PEOPLE CAN'T SERIOUSLY MAINTAIN THAT THE DRIVE-BY MEDIA ARE NOT LIBERAL PARTISAN HACKS!!!!
