More free speech liberal style

So a guy in Salem on Halloween decides to do some "street preaching". Now obviously this isn't the first guy I'd invite to my Halloween party but he was in a PUBLIC space, he was not inciting violence, and just down the street a group of revelers were DOING THE SAME THING HE WAS except for the contents of their message. They were also speaking publicly using a megaphone.

Watch the video link in the story and then tell me how this isn't a CLEAR violation of this man's first amendment rights.

Hell,they are already working on trying to screw with the 2nd amendment,ALOT of Americans are simply not going to tolerate that one.
