No Ground Zero for Hitler Jr, Columbia Univ comes to rescue

http://www.breitbart.com/article.php...show_article=1

Soooo

MyMood Ineedajihad isn't going to be allowed to piss on the graves of three thousand Americans. How disappointing. I mean hell he has worked so hard for so long to support such action......

But fear not. Lest you think MyMood might feel "uncomfortable" the fine liberals at Columbia have stepped in to rectify the situation.

Which begs the question, Columbia, is there ANYONE you won't give a podium to?

I mean hell why go 10,000 miles to find a hate-mongerer when we have the home grown variety. Who was that idiot who founded WAR (White Aryan Resistance)? Tom Metzler or something like that. I'm sure you could get him for less trouble than MyMood.

And to all of you other folks, I'm sure you realize these the same academic liberals who WANT Mymood to speak won't allow pro-life protestors because the pro-lifers are too full of hatred or because the pictures they bring with them are too "shocking"!!!!!

I remember when I went to Florida State back in 1998-99.

There was a pro-life group that was traveling the country with a large photo show of aborted fetuses and such. Florida State would not let them on campus because they were "too shocking and divisive".

THIS IS WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. Liberals only "tolerate" what they agree with.

Dictator who has sponsored terrorism and in fact is PROVIDING THE WEAPONS TO KILL OUR TROOPS, but HATES BUSH = let him speak

Conservative who thinks killing babies is wrong and brings pictures = hatemongerer, if he speaks arrest him for a hate crime.

I'm beginning to think Michael Savage is RIGHT when he says, "liberalism is a mental disorder. Liberals are the diseased minds of our times and must be stopped from infecting the rest of us."

Didn't you hear? The president of Columbia University says HITLER would've been welcome to speak at Columbia University too. Of course he specified only the pre-WWII Hitler...

Yeah lerxt, I was about to post on that. Damn must be getting old....

But you know I've found an answer to my question about WHO Columbia will not allow to speak at its campus.

Is it a dictator who is killing our troops, denying the holocaust, and saying things like "we don't have homosexuals in Iran" (could that be because you EXECUTE them)?

NO!

Is it ADOLPH HITLER? NO

drum roll please....

IT IS THE US MILITARY!!!!

That's right! Columbia will let ANY mass-murdering two bit dictator speak because its free speech BUT THE WARRIORS WHO DEFEND TO THE DEATH THAT RIGHT OF FREE SPEECH ARE BARRED FROM COLUMBIA because they might "upset" the students!!

Yeah, that's pretty ridiculous.

I took a philosophy course at JD way back in 1978. The teacher postulated that America at that point was in a similar situation as the Roman Empire after the reign of Marcus Aurelius. MA was the last of the great emperors and Rome went into full decline after him. His successor was Commodus - from whom we get "commode" today! If you saw Gladiator Joaquin Phoenix played Commodus - but I digress!

My philosophy prof felt we were at a similar cusp. He wondered if Rome would have avoided the decline if they'd gotten a decent emperor after MA. He wondered if the US was about to enter into a long decline, or a second half of glory. I hoped it would be the latter.

I still wonder which though - I see elements of both renaissance and decadence in our culture. The self-loathing with which many view their own country is very decadent to me.

That's not to say we should have blinders about our actions on the world scene. But realize that EVERY nation acts to further its own best interests, within its power to do so. That doesn't make us evil, it makes us human like everyone else.

i think youre last 2 sentences are great. the problem as i see it though is that most of us who dont have blinders on are called unpatriotic and castigated if we show the least bit resistance to the popular opinion. like the classic argument of supporting the troops, or protesting the war or our govt in anyway. i definitly support the troops, i have a lot of respect for them, and what they do, but i want this war to be over and i want them to come home, how is that not supporting them. how is bringing our troops home and letting some country thousands of miles take care of their own problems unsupportive. or like many of the protesters that u may see out on the streets....to me its like if you have a child who is messing up in school or just isnt acting right to what u feel is the proper way to go....do you try to do something about it in oder to correct a problem and reputation or do u think that if u discipline them, then youre being unsupportive. this country is like our collective child, its our responsibility to correct them when we think theyre wrong. granted, some people definitly do go WAY overboard and sometimes in the wrong direction....we should never treat our soldiers like the troops coming home from viet nam were treated, but if we see a problem, we should at least speak up about it

I would much rather live in a world where the U.S. was the greatest power, than a world in which Iran was the greatest power.

And did you guys hear Mymood's exchange over homosexuality?

At Columbia MyMood said homosexuality doesn't exist in Iran.

So the next day some reporterette asks him about it saying, "I personally know of homosexuals that live in Iran".

MyMood replies, "well can you tell me their addresses so I will know as much as you about what is going on in Iran". Luckily even the reporterette wasn't that stupid.

Now I want you to think about this.

If a conservative in this country says, "gay marriage is wrong" the drive-bys will castigate him endlessly for being "homophobic". He will never get a pass and will for the rest of his career be reminded of this.

MyMood actually EXECUTES homosexuals. What do you want to bet that the next time he comes here the drive-bys won't say shit about his previous comments and ACTIONS????

At the same time Columbia is "celebrating free speech" be debating a guy who EXECUTES homosexuals look at what Ted Kennedy is trying to foist on the rest of us>

http://worldnetdaily.com/news/articl...TICLE_ID=57872

Basically will make it a crime to express a disfavorable opinion of homosexuals.

MyMood EXECUTES homosexuals and he is someone we should talk to.

BUT if an American expresses a disfavorable opinion of homosexuals he should goto jail?????
