Hazelton, Pa passes a law against renting to illegal immigrants. A federal judge strikes down the law saying,
"Hazleton's law was at odds with current federal immigration policy, which avoids "excessive enforcement" against illegals so as not to jeopardize foreign relations. Hazleton, he said, failed to consider "the implications of the ordinances on foreign policy."
Oh so when another country is INVADING us we must consider the implication of our response on our foreign relations with that country?? Yeah, that would have worked real well in World War Two.
And Obama PROVING HIMSELF TOO STUPID to be President says,
"“The anti-immigrant law passed by Mayor Barletta was unconstitutional and unworkable – and it underscores the need for comprehensive immigration reform so local communities do not continue to take matters into their own hands, Recently, the U.S. Senate failed the American people by blocking progress on immigration reform for the second time in two years. We cannot put this off any longer."
Yes, god forbid localities and state gov'ts from enforcing the law. After all we see how zealous the FEDS have been about enforcing it. And what about the 14th amendment implications of creating a class of people (illegals) for whom the everyday laws (identity theft, number of people in a house etc) don't apply. But Obama is such an idiot he couldn't stop with that and his support for the Shamnesty Bill. From the article:

He was addressing La Raza. La Raza is spanish for "the race". THEY ARE CLEARLY, BY DEFINITION, RACISTS!!! This is the equivalent to a candidate addressing the Ku Klux Klan and complaining about the racism of the civil rights movement.
