Two border patrol agents stopped an illegal who turned out to have over 700 pounds of pot in his vehicle. The agents thought he was armed. He allegedly fled. The agents fired at him one of them hitting him in the ass. The Bush administration prosecuted the Border Patrol agents. They granted IMMUNITY to the illegal alien drug dealer. And apparently the Bush administration has been, since day 1, concerned ONLY about prosecuting the agents.

You know Matchew the thing that perplexes me is all the people on this board who want Bush impeached for the WRONG reason. I would have thought they'd be all over this.

I just heard on CNN that one of the Border Agents has already been beaten in jail. This is fucking retarded. They should be pardoned right away.

And Mikael, that was AFTER Johnny Sutton (the prosecutor in this case) promised on national radio that they would NOT be put into the general population in prison because they are cops. They were put into the general population and four or five illegals beat the hell out of one of them.

This case stinks to high hell and you guys really ought to read what Jerome Coursi is wrting about it at Worldnetdaily.com. You may think worldnet too conservative for your tastes but read the FACTS for yourself.

Just one example. 4 or 5 months ago congress was asking Homeland Security about this case. At that time they were assured that Homeland Security had all kind of evidence (for example they claimed to have evidence that these two went out that day to "shoot some mexicans" nevermind the fact that both agents were hispanic). implicating these two guys. Two weeks ago when called in front of congress again Homeland Security admitted that it MADE UP THE STORY OF EVIDENCE and had none!!!

This case stinks and you people need to get informed about it!!

And here is another article describing gov't misconduct in this case. Turns out that the drugrunner who was given immunity to testify against the border agents was caught smuggling drugs (750 pounds of pot) AFTER the incident where he was allegedly shot. He testified against the agents and the defense was not allowed (under the threat of contempt) to even mention this NEW offense even though his CREDIBILITY was certainly at issue.
