| Well twelve hours later and I'm still shell shocked.
BUT this isn't even about deportation.
For the enemies of reading, the court ruled that ENTERING the country illegally is illegal (boy that took a legal stretch didn't it) but that STAYING here after you illegally entered is not.
The most patently obvious question is: Is not the commission of a CRIME criminal even after you've committed it? For example, if I rob a bank, my face is caught on security cameras, and it takes two weeks for the cops to catch me, can I defend myself by saying, "I committed the crime two weeks ago. I am not committing any crimes right now so I am legal now and you can't arrest me."
THIS CASE NEEDS TO GO TO THE SUPREME COURT.
Furthermore, if this SCUMBAG (anyone who gets their kid to sell coke for them is a WORTHLESS PIECE OF SHIT!), gets out and harms another, the three judge panel that allowed this miscarriage of justice should be held PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE!!! Literally they should be sued for EVERYTHING they have. They won't because judges in this country (especially federal ones) are TOTALLY UNACCOUNTABLE. But they should!!!! |
