So I paid $4.25 for diesel - Page 3

I just wish I could find diesel for 4.25 this week.

Hey buzzin, have you thought of trying biodiesel? I hear it's $1 cheaper than D2. I think I'm going to look into it.

SSpert, here's what I saw, http://world.honda.com/FuelCell/FCX/station/ I had read somewhere that they'll be producing the FCX car and filling station within the next year.

Well spert I certainly don't have your background in chemistry, but I fail to see how riding around on top of 10 to 30 gallons of gasoline is any safer. Sure hydrogen is combustible (aka the Hindenberg) but so is gasoline.

And can't you also run electrical current through WATER to separate the hydrogen and oxygen?

The spokesperson for GM (which is set to release a hydrogen vehicle by 2010 and ALREADY has the vehicle which they let Glenn Beck drive around NYC) said that's what they envision. Fueling stations where a large electrical current is run through WATER to "produce" the hydrogen.

Yeah the H2 concept is great no doubt... we are too poor to drive that high dollar hybrid.
Not cheap starting at 60 grand...
Po folk will have to drive the 30 mpg kia thats falling apart.
The thing about all this problem is that we have to cut our usage way back.
The prices will come down with the lack of demand.
We'll never see 1.50 a gallon, maybe not even $3.
I want a toyota prius. In the same notion, I want a american made hybrid, but the foreign models are kicking american made cars ass.
