Time Magazine says Men don't DESERVE Father's day.

I am so sick of the unapologetic male bashing that passes for popular culture and journalism these days. Read the article and I challenge any of you to tell me that Time would have run an article on Mother's Day entitled "Women are Sorry Providers. Perhaps they don't Deserve Mother's Day".

http://www.time.com/time/magazine/ar...630551,00.html

The article begins by talking about how little time men spend with their kids and then compares us to PRIMATES!!

From the article: "Many of our primate kin are far better fathers than we are (investigators at the California primate center discovered that baby titi monkeys are in the arms of their fathers for as much as 90% of daylight hours); many are far worse. But all are at least consistent within their species. Why does paternal care in our species vary so much?"

OK I realize this is the same Time magazine who in the 1990's "discovered" that men and women were different, so I'll help you idiots out. Animals are "more consistent within their species" than humans because animals DON'T HAVE A CHOICE!!! That fucking titi monkey isn't saying, "I'll cradle junior so we have some quality time together". Instead that monkey's INSTINCT tells him that if he doesn't hang onto junior, junior will fall out of the tree and die. Hello, idiots at Time, some animal males will EAT THEIR YOUNG (bears for example). Does that mean that Yogi bear is really Hannibal Lecter in disguise? No, dumbasses, it is called INSTINCT. It is the same INSTINCT that allows a lion on the Serengeti to rip the throat out of a young Zebra without thinking, "gee, you know that Zebra is disabled. I shouldn't discriminate against him by EATING him!"

You know it is sad when the urge to bash males is so strong that THIS is what we call science. You can no more validly compare men's responses to animals than you could compare men's responses to TOASTERS. "Well that TOASTER is sure a lot more consistent in it's reactions to bread than is man". Well yeah, that fucking TOASTER has no choice. You stick bread in it, push a lever and that TOASTER will heat up every fucking time (assuming it is not broken). Hell, a man might make a sandwich from there bread one time. He might make TOAST. He might make dougballs to use a fish bait. He might throw the bread away. HE HAS A CHOICE and so OF COURSE there will be more variations in his response to bread.

And the truly sad thing is these IDIOTS are making money spouting this SHIT!!!!
