I'm not sure how she's got it setup up lately, but if you shoot her a message at that Atira myspace page, she'll answer. Right now, she teaches at our recording studio; we built another room onto it recently, and she's been using that for her classes at night. It's in Silverhill, AL, between Robertsdale and Fairhope.
She also teaches Polynesian (tahitian, hula, etc) and Sword dancing, and I've seen her do some Latin/Flamenco-type stuff that's pretty cool.
We might have a few videos from her Nashville showcases soon, the event's co-ordinator already put one of our live songs up on Youtube and mentioned that they might be putting the bellydance/sword stuff up too.
She hosts a big Bellydance Gala at the end of each semester, and it's a good orientation for anyone who's interested in taking lessons. We usually play a song or two during the show, and some percussion stuff. It's gotten bigger with each class; she's had it at the Foley Civic Center the past few times. Nice place, fun show. I'll post here when the next one is scheduled.
I think her troupe will return to Mosaic soon. It was fun, that's a really cool place.
They invited AM to play, but there's no way we could fit in there... :-(
