do you use the 'Eventful' site?

sorry I couldn't cook up a more descriptive thread title~

Marc posted about the Eventful site a while back:

but I only started using it this week. Wondering if anyone else uses it?
It can import your iTunes or LastFM lists and help keep track of shows that are coming through your area that you'd be interested in. (I'm sick of the Ticketmaster "Don't miss Billy Joe Buttlick and the Catfishslappers!" emails- this site only tells you about the bands you'd want to see)

It's also good for your band, it lets people register and request a gig in their area, kinda helps you layout a tour itinerary or at least see where the most interest is.

I like it so far. Anyone else using it?

i saw the myspace bulletin and responded to it,"Eventful" seems like it is a very useful tool.

yeah, I think it looks like a good setup, especially for bands that are going to gig regionally at least.

I looked for my fav coast-area bands, but couldn't find any yet.
