Make us and yourselves a promise. The music scene WILL NOT die this time. Katrina tried to fuck us up last time but we pulled through. Let's make it happen again. The music scene here needs strength and it needs faith to keep doing what we love. There aren't many venues here but we need to not take for granted the places that have graciously let us play here. If something happens to the coast, don't let that stop any of us. Keep strong and keep the music alive. We love all the bands we have gotten to play with in the past and look forward to meeting the ones we will play with in the future. WE WILL NOT GIVE UP! stay strong and safe out there to everyone. Music is what keeps most of us going, especially during katrina it was what helped keep most of sane. So keep the music alive. Love you guys -Taylor (Guitar for Cathercist)

Things have not been anywhere near what it used to be before Katrina and won't be for years to come,Gustov was nothing.

Yeah, but this was posted before we knew gustav wasn't going to affect the mississippi area as bad. but there are still bands in lousiana that im sure arent doing as well, so this message still stands for them. but the music scene has gotten a bit better than it was after katrina. so it was more of a lets keep getting stronger and not quit going message.
