I woke up at 6am and got started....
I've got a 12lb pork shoulder that I spent an hour "rubbin down" last night.
I cut up pinapple, apples, cherrys, lemon, onion.
I put them in a skillet and simmered for about 30 minutes in cinnamon sugar salt cheyane pepper salt garlic powder.
I cut open the shoulder and stuffed it with all that goodness.
It's been on the grill smokin and a cookin since 8am.
I'm gonna take it with me to the bar around 5pm ish.
