| Thanks to all that made it out to our shows this weekend! Friday was a great night at the Martini Bar. Drew even came up with a new drink, thanks to my taste for Frappacinos. He added Godiva and vanilla vodka, topped with cream. OMFG, that stuff was good (well, as much as I was able to taste before Paula inhaled it!).
Sunday was a very cool acoustic show at the Julep Room. Lots of friendly faces. We played from 9pm until somewhere around 3am. We had an absolute blast, and hopefully, we'll make this a regular show. (On a side note: Alex let me listen to the first couple songs off of the new Consumption CD. You MUST give this a listen. Some of the best music to come off of the coast in a long time!)
The 4th of July celebration at Ocean Springs was awesome! Beautiful weather, good friends, music, beer, it couldn't have been much better! Seeing the hillside come alive as we started Baba O'Riley was amazing, and I have to thank everyone for the warm reception and off-the-charts enthusiasm! Nothing makes a musician feel better than hundreds of screaming, cheering fans!
