The Rochambeau Thread

We would have had the worst crowd on earth...except...nobody showed up. LOL!

There was nobody there...and it didn't phase us one bit. We had THE TIME OF OUR LIVES! Damon Garcia came out and sat-in with his new Bari-sex...uh...sax. Brian Powers sat in too...for some WILD interpretations of some of our songs.....it was a total hoot!

We only played 2 sets...we went on for our 2nd set....and didn't stop playing for 2 1/2 hrs!

Wish I could have made it out, I'd originally been planning to.

I can't wait till they get those damn repairs done. Their Friday business has went to shit.

Yep. I had to dodge dripping water from the A/C system all night. It really sucked. It's weird when we can pack out Hurricane Cove with 200 people, but have a hard time getting more than 50 people into Michaels. One guy told me he thought that Michaels was actually closed for repairs, until he got our email.

Several of the people at our show mentioned going to The Edge afterwards. I think I need to make a phone call.........

I've put in plenty of good words for rochambea and IIFG. A lot of people have told me that they thought they were shut down too. They still haven't put the sign back up by the road too. That doesn't help.

Sorry, Angie. We're off this weekend (8/19 & 8/20) - I'll be out of town. The rest of the guys, minus Jeremy, will be doing the acoustic show at the Julep Room on Sunday.
