So who all got screwed by Maximus/Quake?

I remember Mongo (Stereohype) talking about this guy and this concert a few months ago at my apartment. I knew it sounded kinda fishy when he was explaining it to me. Then I saw on the news today about how this guy never actually put a concert together and screwed a bunch of people over. They said over 40 bands.

I told everybody that asked me about it, YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO BUY YOUR WAY INTO ANY SHOW / GIG / PROMOTER.

If they fell for it, they were dumbasses.

A local band here was talking about it, and the drummer who is a very good friend knew it sounded fishy. He told them he didn't want to to do anything till he talked to me.
I felt so speshul...LOL
The lead singer in full blown arrogance called me and I TRIED telling his ass but he didn't want to listen.
I never asked Terry if they went ahead with it. I can only hope he stood his ground, and went on what I told him about promotion scams.
