Rep Power: 31 ![]() | Cool. The more instruments hanging around on a given night the better. I'm going to get a set myself to drag along eventually. I try to keep small percussion stuff and at least one extra guitar (not in Gina tuning!) on hand. Also, there's enough room for a small kit as well. Nothing much bigger than a trap kit is necessary, but as long as people are aware of their volume, I can accomodate a band. I usually have a microbass amp in the car -- which is plenty for that room believe it or not -- and sometimes I bring my bass too.

Rep Power: 31 ![]() | We could do our songs acoustic, they lend themselves well to that seeing as they're not stereotypical rock stuff. Is it like an open mic thing or should we talk to you ahead of time?

Rep Power: 48 ![]() ![]() ![]() | their problem is that they are under 21. i don't know if the julep room allows people under 21 to perform. I know they used to book brent anderson a lot when he was 17 but who knows now. |

Rep Power: 31 ![]() | It's an open mic nite but it's always nice to get a heads up. I generally keep the order in "1st come-1st served" fashion...but if I know what type of music to expect for the evening, it's kinda cool to at least attempt a smooth seguey between people...know what I'm sayin?? Marc -- Brent Anderson did play there alot but he was escorted by his dad. Actually, when I was about 19, I dragged my parents out to every bar I wanted to play that wouldn't let me cause of my age lol Paul -- I can talk tp the manager over the weekend and probably work it out for you guys, but that would most likely be a "touch a drink and die" situation. You're more than welcome to try it on your own. Your age may not even come up. How far are you guys from drinking age? Let me know if you'd like me to try & work it out for ya.

Rep Power: 31 ![]() | Well, I'm going to pm you the ages. Matt-bring that M F'in stand up for us. Marc-We've only fiddled around with the acoustic side, but I pretty much have a jazzed out acoustic version for all of our songs. I've always wanted to do an acoustic thing live, too. I'd really like to put together an acoustic gig on a Sunday somewhere with a bunch of non-acoustic bands. I think it would be a lot of fun. And Gina can be all of our moms.
