They're back......

I'm pleased (and honored) to be able to announce that Slate44 is once again whole.

Brian Strong is once again on guitar!!!

Phillip Parker has also joined the band as a second guitarist.

They join Mark DeCou (vocals), Richard Lyles (drums) and Johnathan Hall (bass)!

You will be AMAZED at the sound and the growth.

On a personal note, I am aware that my opinon is a bit biased... however, I'm very honest and often annoyingly so (

). I can tell you, I live with this man and I'm amazed at what these guys bring out of him. These songs are un-like anything they've done. Anything, anyone has done, for that matter. A very unique blend of "southern rock with a modern twist". Alone their talent is amazing, together, it's inspiring.

Thats cool news.
I thought Oh Ivy was rather annoying to hear every morning on CPR for a while(some 7-10 years ago?).

Wasn't the DJ spinning the song a member of S-44?
I think we opened up for them at the stairs once or twice, a great bunch of guys.

Are they writing new songs?
I wish them the best of luck.
I hope they do well.

Nope, no DJ in Slate44...

Got 4 or 5 songs written...2 completed and three 'ideas' is what he just told me
