200?
300?
That's a shame. i've never seen a music sence like this one, it's weird.
Where the hell are all of the fans? It seems like anyone who's into music is in a band, already.
I'll never understand it.

I doubt Kevin can share the info but I bet the demographics of the average WCPR listner does not fit what this music scene is. Unless you have a real big act, even the radio ad doesn't bring that much of a crowd. I've learned that on several shows when I have had CPR host a remote.

Were you holding the paper upside down or did dyslexia kick in?
Thats the way botb shit goes. If you can't handle either side of the coin, I suggest you not enter.
Band competitions are not for the emotionally weak.
Modesty goes for both the winners and the losers.
Even if you win, you are still a loser.
Opening up for cpr fest... BFD? Who gives a rats ass?
Is it worth it?
NAH.

Thank you.
Yes, Kevin did mess up announcing the Winner... AT CATASTROPHE!
Saying first Kiss the Cop won, and then secondly stating that Joshua won. That is why Kiss the Cop Fans were outraged. Half of them left. One of the band members even wanted to quit that night. I was there... AT CATASTROPHE !

I agree Marc. I was an intern for WABB and I had to do cull calling. The age of women that they were targeting didn't happen that much. It was teens, and older women in their 30s. The target audience was ages 18-24. Good Point Marc.

That is a stupid reason to want to quit.

Stop trying to play bars. The drinking crowd is going to the casino to spend money.

I'm gonna show my age here, but I recall seeing the same thing at local bars back in the 80s. Once I was checking out a band called Cyrus way back then and recall looking out in the crowd and seeing all these guitarists in the crowd. The Crazy Horse comes to mind. Some things never change!
