Coast housing

So, the time's come. We're looking to start looking (haha) into heading back down home.

Just thought I'd put some "feelers" out there. I'd like OS (of course) but would be happy in any decent neighborhood (we have two school aged kids and a toddler) that is not too outragously expensive. Looking for the $800 - $1100 range. 4 bdrm if possible, but could make a 3 bdrm work. 2 baths a must.

We have two dogs and a cat, dogs are outdoor only, but will most likely be re-homed before relocating. Our kitty is family, so he'll be coming with us.

Our lease is up in December. Would be willing to break lease for a good deal. Rent or lease/rent to own. Credit history poor, but we could give cash upfront for deposit and at least two - three months rent if that presents a problem.

the next door neighbors house is 5 br 2 bath fenced in back yard in the ground pool 2 ackers for 185,000 but they are willing to negotiate the price. And you'd have the greatest neighbors in the world!!lol And there are three other houses for sale on this road. Its 20 mins from o.s.

When are you looking to move?
I will be either selling or renting my place within a year.

My house is a 3br/2 bath.
HUGE fenced yard (.73 acre)
Plus, my garage has been converted into a bonus/bed room
with a laundry room.

My band plays in the bonus room and we have never had a single complaint from our neighbors.

I would take $1100 plus a deposite.
But will work with you.

PS- I have three dogs....you can buy an elephant for all i care!

Where is it? We're both very interested...you had Mark at 'band plays...' haha.

Schools are
St. Martin East Elem.
St Martin Middle/High

I'm not 100% that I'll be ready to move by Dec or not.
But it's worth it for both of us to art least keep in touch, just in case.
I'm sort of in limbo right now.
